 Additional Information
Last Known Activity
I know that he was in the battle of Midway. He was in VT-3. he was a torpedo bomber pilot. He was stationed on the USS Yorktown. He was listed MIA(presumed dead) 6-24-1942. We estimated him to be 23 to 24 yrs old. from records I have found, he fibbed about his age to get into the military. He started his training at Pennsacola, Fl. his hometown was Onterio, Ca. I am looking for anyone who might have memories or past family members who were there also. Looking for any info anyone can give.
