Last Known Activity
Lieutenant Commander James Craig was Killed in Action on December 7, 1941, during the attack on Pearl Harbor.  He was stationed on board the USS Pennsylvania BB-38 as the First Lieutenant and Damage Control Officer.
The USS James E. Craig  DE-201, was named in his honor and lauched on July 22, 1943.  He earned four (4) battle stars during the remainder of WWII.
