ET-3, 1964 to 1966.
I remember watching the RA-5C Vigilante crash on the USS Independence on July 20, 1965. I found out that the two men killed were: CDR Valentin George Matula, and LT Carl Eugene Gronquist. I have learned that Chief Earl E. Fithian died in January 2006.
