AEAN Larry G. Schwab was in the Hanger bay, He was doing work on a A-7E for VA-195. Larry fell from a work stand and hit his head. I still remember the shock of finding out he died he was a good man. after this it became mandatory to wear head gear when on ladders or on top of aircraft.
