Last Known Activity
Bill "Salty" Watkins transferred to the USAF in 2000 and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was killed in action while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom as a F-15E Strike Eagle Weapon System Officer. He was assigned to the 333rd Fighter Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
