Geraldine M. Kearns, 85, of Annapolis, MD, died March 11, 2009 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis of complications from a fall at her home. Born May 5, 1923 in Sterling, CT, she attended St. Mary's Elementary and High School in Fall River, MA. She served as a Yeoman 3rd Class with the WAVES during World War II and married Francis "Mike" Kearns (CWO3 USN/Ret.) on October 6, 1945.
Geraldine worked for 40 years for Westinghouse Defense Systems, retiring from the position of secretary to the President of the company.
